Dale Earnhardt, Jr.’s Historic Record-Setting
Fourth Straight Victory
It is with great excitement that we present "Victory Pass". The artwork captures Dale Earnhardt, Jr.’s historic record-setting fourth straight victory at Talladega Superspeedway April 6, 2003.
The original painting was commissioned by Talladega Superspeedway to commemorate this great victory. The artwork was created by artist Garry Hill, who is best known for his depictions of NASCAR’s greatest moments, victories and historic races.
The artwork documents the “Victory Pass” made by Dale Earnhardt, Jr. over Matt Kenseth in the late stages of the event. “It is indeed an honor and privilege to create this work capturing this fantastic moment in NASCAR racing,” said Hill.
A selected limited number of prints were also created for ticket renewal patrons of the Aaron’s 499 at Talladega Superspeedway. The original painting is now part of the Talladega Superspeedway collection.
