Artist Garry Hill has commemorated the 2002 Daytona 500 with an original painting and fine art prints. The 2002 Daytona 500 original painting was unveiled at Daytona U.S.A. with winning driver Ward Burton, team owners Bill and Gail Davis, Kim Neible of CATERPILLAR, and NASCAR artist Garry Hill attending.

The original painting was placed on display with the race winning CATERPILLAR sponsored #22 Dodge. Framed limited edition prints were presented to Ward Burton, Bill and Gail Davis and John Graham, president of Daytona International Speedway. Kim Neible made the presentations on behalf of CATERPILLAR with Burton receiving print #1, the Davises receiving print #22 and Graham print #44 (the 44th annual Daytona 500).

500 fine art prints and 50 artist's proof prints have been published by Garry Hill to document the 2002 Daytona 500. All of the prints as well as the artist’s proof prints have been personally hand signed (autographed) by Ward Burton and signed and numbered by the artist. A limited number of prints and artist's proof prints are available for sale to the public.
